Aigre History
In 2004, the first CNC pneumatic rail welder in china was created by Aigre Tech.and successfully applied to the construction of Qinghai-Tibet railway.The high cold and high altitude seamless lines were laid for the first time.
In 2005, the CNC pneumatic rail welder was successfully obtained the administrative license decision by the Ministry of Railways; Then it was supported by the Innovation Funds for SME on the following year.
In 2006, the first mobile rail flash-butt welding with complete independent intellectual property rights was developed and past the science evaluation of Chengdu railway bureau.
In 2007, the first fixed rail flash-butt welding machine with complete independent intellectual property rights was developed which filled the gap in this field in China and past the science evaluation of Chengdu railway bureau in 2009.
In 2008, the "Application Technology and Equipment Development of Rail Mobile Flash-butt Welding" project was funded by the Ministry of Railways.
In 2009, the"UN5-150ZC Container Flash Rail Welding Machine"was successfully obtained the"Chengdu Key Component Product Certification"and was listed in the purchasing list of important equipment by the Ministry of Railways.
In 2010,the fixed rail flash welder and the mobile rail flash welder in China was created by Aigre Tech. and past the administrative license decision by the Ministry of Railways of china. It has established the dominant position for Aigre Tech.in the field of rail welding machine design and manufacturing in China.
In 2011,"The New Field Rail Flash Welder" project was funded by “Innovation Driven Development fund by Sichuan Finance", In the same year, the production base covering an area of more than 20 mu was completed and put into operation.
In 2012,the"UN5-150ZC Groove Rail Welding Machine" on the market which not only meets the welding of groove rail, but also meets the welding of national standard rail.
In 2013, the project of "UN5-150ZB Mobile Flash Rail Welding Machine'"was supported by the "Chengdu Key New Product Project Fund". in the same year, the "UN5-150ZB1 Flash Rail Welding Machine" of high clamping force and high forging force on the market which is suitable for high-speed rail welding.
In 2014, obtained the certification of"National High-tech Enterprises.”In the same year, a multi-function welding machine suitable for tram track and general track welding was introduced.
In 2015,"Complete set of equipment and solutions for rail welding production line" realizes the rapid and efficient construction of mobile welding rail base, and systematically solves the technical problems of long rail welding production line in the base.
In 2016, obtained the "CE certification" and opened up the export channel to European and American countries.
In 2017,a new type of rail flash welding rail-road truck and extremely low harmful particles and gas emissions of rail flash welding machines had been put into the market successfully.
In 2018,developed a new process to meet requirements of Europe, India and other foreign rail flash-butt welding standards and achieved sales in foreign markets.
In 2019, the plateau type rail flash-butt welding and mid-frequency normalizing machine were successfully applied to the welding construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway at an
altitude of 4500 meters.
In 2020, developed a series of rail welder and auxiliary equipment which are suitable for a wide range of complex working conditions in the field.
In 2021, four-axis fixed flash rail welding machine, fixed rail DC welding machine, field rail DC welding machine, super capacitor energy storage hybrid field flash welder have been launched successively, once again highlighting Aigre's leading position in the field of rail welding.
In 2022,the project of Flash rail welding technology and equipment and application for high-speed rail" won the second prize of Sichuan Science and Technology Progress Award.”
In 2023,complete sets of rail welding equipment and technology were successfully sold to Azerbaijan, Colombia, Serbia and Malaysia,The foreign blueprint had added Aigre's footprints.
